OVERVIEW
Self-proclaimed as the “Ultimate Upscale Nerd Culture Experience,” Nerdvana Frisco approached MenuWorks requesting a complete redesign of their menus. Nerdvana Frisco is a chic gaming-themed restaurant and coffee bar that features custom cocktails and a scratch kitchen all under one roof! Unique food & libations, locally roasted coffee & much more. Filled with gaming table stations (video games and board games) are throughout the restaurant so you can play while you eat. The owner of the restaurant is married to Randy Pitchford, the President & CEO of Gearbox Software, one of the leading game developers today. There are hints of Borderlands styling throughout the menu, since that is arguably one of their most success gaming franchises. As Nerdvana Frisco is truly a nerd-haven, I knew I wanted to emulate as much of the culture as I could throughout the menus.
